Finally A Suitable Replacement To The Livio

Grace Digital Unveils Mondo+ The World’s First Internet Radio With Chromecast Built In

Mondo-top Finally A Suitable Replacement To The Livio

Six years ago we were graced with an amazing internet radio for it’s time. The folks at Michigan startup Livio had created a table top internet radio that could stream just about anything from the internet. Six years ago though, you needed to have the web address of anything  you wanted to listen to. It was great for the internet savvy and a little cumbersome for those who weren’t.

The Livio radio was aesthetically pleasing and had a sound system that would fill the room.

Now, six years later, Livio has pivoted to a company that supports and creates things for onboard while driving.

Grace Digital has filled that void of a much needed, quality and feature packed table top internet radio. With the advancements in technology, the Mondo+ will be much easier to use and is feature packed and app driven which will make it easy for anyone to operate.

Mondo-2 Finally A Suitable Replacement To The Livio

The Mondo+ is Bluetooth and Wifi enabled. It’s portable and packs a punch when it comes to audio. Top that off with the fact that it’s the world’s first Chromecast equipped internet radio, and that gives you access to just about every app in the world. Chromecast also means that it integrates seamlessly with Google Home.

With Chromecast built in, you can stream music/tunes/podcasts/playlists to the Mondo+ from more than 100 music apps by simply tapping the Cast button on your favorite Chromecast-enabled apps on your phone, tablet or laptop. There is a wide range of supported apps including Pandora, Spotify, Slacker radio, Google Play Music, iHeartRadio, NPR, and Tunein, to name just a few. The multi-room audio feature allows users to group one or more Mondo+ radios with any Chromecast built-in audio device, and stream to one or all devices simultaneously. People who own Google Home devices can even control Chromecast-enabled apps to play, pause, and skip on their Mondo+ using the voice command “Ok Google” from the comfort of their couch. Along with an easy-to-read 3.5-inch color display – showcasing playlists, stations and album art – the Mondo+ serves its users with luxury and convenience.

The Mondo+, being no exception to the high-end audio line-up in all Grace Digital products, features MaxxAudio technology from Waves Inc. and a high-powered class D digital amplifier for room-filling sound. Equipped with a multi-functional USB port, the Mondo+ serves as a power bank for smart devices, or as an UPnP media player to listen to your saved audio files. Integrating Bluetooth 4.1 to function as a standard in-home speaker, the Mondo+ is anything but standard.

The Grace Digital Mondo+ will be $199 and is available for pre-order now for as little as $149 on Kickstarter.
