Studyo, Ensures Students and Teachers Are On The Same Page.
We are in the digital age. Schools and districts are moving to more and more digital tools. Schools are relying on digital textbooks, learning management systems, student information systems, apps and of course devices. Books and paper are on the way out. Heck, I recently visited the remodel of my old high school and they didn’t even install lockers. Everything is on a device. Backpacks don’t way 150 lbs. (there goes that workout).
One thing that still seems to remain is the analog planner. You know, the book where you’re supposed to write down your homework, due dates, test information, and important things going on in your life. It’s probably squished at the bottom of your backpack.
As we move more and more into the app generation the analog planner is becoming obsolete, or at least it should be.
Gen Z students in K-12 schools are used to managing their daily lives doing apps. Why chance the most important thing in their daily lives with severely outdated technology?
That’s where Studyo comes in.
Studyo has been built from the ground up as a digital school planner, where students and teachers can prioritize and manage their school and personal lives and actually get things done. Studyo is the school planner for the app generation.
With Studyo, students and teachers can manage their tasks, assignments, exams, and due dates across all subjects and based on the school schedule, calendar and courses. Students can make active planning decisions based on their own personal schedules and where due dates fall on the school schedule. Parents can check in on their students with access to weekly reports.
With traditional paper planners students may write down a due date for a big project or the date of an important exam. That handwritten entry isn’t going to just magically appear in your notifications. With Studyo, students are managing their school life with the same tools they manage their personal lives which means it’s much more likely that things will get done.
Studyo goes beyond that though. Their system is teaching students to be organized and how things go together. It’s teaching organization, time management, cause and effect and even problem solving. All through the app that’s also managing their academic life.
Educators, parents and the developers of good educational tools want two main things for students. They want them to be successful and they want them to be prepared for the future. Studyo helps with both.
