ISTE 2017: ClassTrak Is Simple Homework For Teachers Everywhere
Tired of hearing “I forgot to write down the assignment”, or “I left the handout at home?” ClassTrak has the answer for you. ClassTrak is the simplest homework management system for teachers, students and parents. ClassTrak is another great technology tool that helps improve communication between students, teachers and parents. With ClassTrak, families can simply logon and see what homework their students have.
For Teachers, ClassTrak is a breeze. They simply upload the homework and everyone is on the same page. Teachers can add attachments so they don’t get lost. They can add links and videos, add due dates, copy to another class with a click, and even add to the grade book or LMS. Teachers can also choose to post the assignment immediately or schedule for another date. That means while teacher’s are creating lesson plans they can also upload the homework.
ClassTrak saves teacher’s time as well. If they teach three identical science classes they can quickly create the assignment and copy it over to the other class. Then, when the students are done with the assignment, teachers can easily grade it. ClassTrak integrates easily with existing tools like DropBox, Google Drive, Evernote and several LMS programs. Once teachers are done grading the assignment they can transfer the grades to other systems.
On the student and parent side, ClassTrak has a no frills homework screen that shows each student all of their assignments and no other fluff. The “homework dashboard” shows each student the homework assignment, class, a description of the assignment, the due date and an action menu.
What makes ClassTrak even better is that it’s easily accessible across any device, laptop, tablet or smartphone. “At home, the library, grandmas or on vacation, students and & parents are always on track regardless of location or device.” the company says on their website.
“ClassTrak is great. It makes it really easy for my son and I to be organized and know what has to be done and when it is due.” Bonnie K, a parent, says on the ClassTrak website.
Now when a student gets home from school and says they have no homework, parents can easily verify that via ClassTrak. Teachers can check out ClassTrak at ISTE 2017 in San Antonio June 25th-28th at the Startup Pavilion, booth #2132 and online here at ClassTrak.com
