Sup-X, Florida’s largest early stage startup conference is back, June 26th 2018 at the Broward Convention Center. Join thousands of entrepreneurs, startup founders, developers, investors and stake holders for this must attend event in South Florida.

Conference talks will touch all of the hottest emerging technologies including augmented reality (AR), artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), crypto-currency, blockchain, fintech, medtech, telemedicine and more. The startup expo will feature over 100 startups in all of those areas. They also still have space if you’re interested in exhibiting. Plus startups can participate in a startup pitch contest with a $15,000 non-equity prize for first place.

The Sup-X conference was moved from March to June so now you can attend both SXSW and Sup-X. Also, many startups know raising money in June can be a challenge. It seems a large number of key investors are on vacation at that time. Guess where they vacation? South Florida. Sup-X is a great conference for startups across the great state of Florida but it’s also a destination conference. Last year’s event had over 200 accredited investors and with the change in timing this year they’re expecting even more.

Sup-X is hosting #Women4Women during the conference. This is the largest gathering of angel groups, seed series funds, and VC funds focused specifically on diversity and women founders. Anyone who’s attended Sup-X in the past knows that it’s a hotspot of diversity for the startup and entrepreneurial world.

June is a relatively quiet time during the startup conference conference. TechCrunch Disrupt New York is in May leaving June free and clear to travel to Miami for Sup-X and who doesn’t like traveling to Miami in the onset of the summer.
