What is Agendrix ?

Agendrix is designed to optimize employee scheduling in a cost-effective manner. All the tools and interfaces included in Agendrix have been tailor-made to solve complex scheduling problems.
As an example, employees submit approval requests for leave, shift transfers, and availability directly through Agendrix. This is much more efficient and reliable than trying to keep straight the multiple channels of communication that different employees are accustomed to. This is one of the many useful features in Agendrix that helps schedule managers.

Who is your target user?

Owners, operators, and managers of the following: small businesses, restaurants, retail outlets, franchises, care providers, service providers, etc.

Why did you build Agendrix? What problem are you taking on?

Schedule management is a tedious, recurring task that monopolizes several hours a week for businesses. Every time that a schedule needs to be created or adjusted to add or remove employees, managers must take into account the various needs and constraints of their individual employees. There is a high risk that something will be forgotten or missed as managers have many other priorities and things to think about. This can lead to mistakes like forgetting to take care of a leave request. This creates frustration for everyone and can even lead to an increase in employee turnover.

Tell us about your founding team and their backgrounds.

Managing schedules is a chaotic task that involves unforeseen circumstances and disorganized communications. Agendrix was inspired by this complexity, which Andre Gauthier dealt with in his restaurants and hotel for 35 years. Four passionate co-founders with complementary expertise joined him to reinvent how we plan and communicate schedules.
