Apps Authority: Automating Multi-Channel Ecommerce

We have been lagging a bit on our TechCrunch Disrupt NY coverage. We still have a bunch of videos to post, so dont worry. One such video is below. We spoke had the chance to speak with Apps Authority. We kind of caught Kenny, the Apps Authority rep at TC Disrupt, at a rough moment, he had just flown all the way from the company’s headquarters in Shanghai. Anyhow, Apps Authority has built a pretty unique eCommerce platform.

Apps-Authority-Product Apps Authority: Automating Multi-Channel Ecommerce

Apps Authority calls is product – SmartCommerce – Omni Channel E-Commerce. Essentially, when people use Apps Authority to build their ecommerce sites, they automate multi-channel efforts.

The CMS back office shall auto generate online commerce, retail mobile apps, social media and email marketing. The concept is simple. The more e-channels you deploy the more online customers you attract, engage and transact.1

At the heart of the SmartCommerce platform is a robust CRM:

The CRM captures customer profile, sales transaction and inventory data. These data are then transformed into meaningful monthly sales and inventory reports, consumer buying behaviour, product bundle programs and targeted marketing campaigns. The CRM effectively provide businesses a 360 degree view of the customer.2

We had a chance to speak with the company during TechCrunch Disrupt a few weeks ago. We learned a bit more about the company itself and the SmartCommerce platform:
