It also enables you to share your tasks with friends and track their progress together. With its help you’ll easily organize your life and you’ll forget about forgetting.
Who is your target user?
Our target audiences are tech savvy people that are having a really busy life and also a young couple that needs help with their daily obligations.
Why did you build MarkO? What problem are you taking on?
Demanding job, full social life, things are moving so fast for us. All this makes us have to worry about during the day. Starting from job tasks like calling someone or participating in a meeting up to the basics of keeping my life running smoothly like buying groceries, dry cleaning, picking post, keeping up with friends you name it.
The problem is that there is too much to remember which makes it inevitable to often forget things, and the effect of forgetting causes a huge pain that makes us stressful missing important moments of our daily lives. That is why we created MarkO!
How is MarkO different from what is currently available?
MarkO has a new and revolutionary way of approaching your daily tasks and reminders that is all about reminding you what you need to do at the right place and time. MarkO can convert any message sent on other applications into a simple understandable reminder. He is smart, so when you write the reminder, he will automatically know the time, place and the people involved in the task. MarkO also uses smart location, which is not just connected to a certain place, but a set or related places which can be used to finish your task.
Tell us your founding story. Was there an “ah ha” moment?
The three of co-founders met each other 4 years ago. At that time Nino and Martin were still students and Ljupco was Director of an IT incubator in Skopje, Macedonia. He helped them to establish a company, get some experience and produce some products. At some point of their development they invited him to help them with the new clients, new product development etc. So, he joined Codewell (the first company of the MarkO’s team) last year in July and from then on they started and killed several projects.
We are a startup team of dedicated young enthusiasts with great, unique and creative ideas. We successfully finished more than 80 projects in the past 4 years – http://codewell.mk/home/
