What is YouEarnedIt?

YouEarnedIt is a SaaS HR technology platform that redefines the way companies engage with their employees. By providing tools to connect, reward, reveal and report in real-time, we are able to consolidate employee engagement initiatives into one, easy-to-use mobile platform for teams of all sizes. Since launching in 2012, YouEarnedIt has delivered its flexible software to small enterprises and Fortune 500 brands across several industries.

Why did you build your company?

Today’s workforce demands real-time feedback from peers and managers, the option to redeem nonmonetary rewards, and stronger connectivity in the office. By YouEarnedIt, companies see an improvement in sales, employee retention, customer service, KPI’s, and company profitability. YouEarnedIt aligns with multiple operations models, including companies with multiple offices and remote employees, to offer an easy-to-learn solution that both engages and rewards employees.

Tell us about your founding team and their backgrounds.

With a background in behavioral psychology and a knack for being intensely curious, Autumn Manning spends her time finding ways to build better processes, strategies, and tools that help enhance business operations, organizational development and talent management.

Autumn currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of YouEarnedIt, a SaaS platform that redefines the way companies engage with their employees. Since launching in 2012, YouEarnedIt has seen a 10x increase in revenue and works with Fortune 500 companies and other notable brands to provide tools to elevate performance across the board.

Autumn is proud to represent a minority of female Co-founders and CEO’s and is always looking for ways to empower other women to join her in developing the technology industry. She is an active mentor and mentee within the tech community and currently serves as a member Women@Austin, a group whose mission is to provide mentoring, connections, and access to capital for women founders.

She has built a strong presence as a thought leader in the HR Technology space through presenting at a variety of conferences including SXSW Interactive, HR Technology, Indeed, Google Demo Day, and WIRL.
